  2. So this is it. I am currently on my Cotic Soul 26" but i have decided to move on to bigger things. The Cotic handles very very nice on the techncal single track (Jonkershoek). My type of riding is weekend Jonkershoek and also longer 50km+ distance with 2-3 day stage races. I am looking at replacing with hardtail or full suspension bike. So the question is keeping in mind that I like having fun on the trails. Do I go for 27.5" or 29" and which brand and model would suit me ? My height = 1.78m Any advice welcome Thanks
  3. Thanks guys. I think I will strap it up for the race and get it properly checked out.

I recently had a bike setup done. had bad lower back pain, this was sorted by the bike setup. but recently I started getting these pains in both my knees. the pain is just behind the patella and when I start climbing. I have read that this could be from over training to fast and to hard. Does anyone know of a pain relief or what to do. I am doing a 2 day stage race on Friday and would some comfort ?? thanks

  9. Hi there. I am looking do a proper setup on my MTB. I do have back problems so I'm looking for a biokineticist or physio that would help me out with the problems and setup of my bike. looking for somebody in the Stellenbosch Paarl area. Thanks
  10. I am very sentimental in regards to my bike, it has been my pride and joy for a couple of years and it has been meticulously maintained. This machine has even walked in the footsteps of the great - I've taken it across and cycled it on the champs elysees Tour de France route. It is in excellent condition, no dings or cracks, the paint job in amazing condition and is definitely something to see. The components are all in great condition, serviced and cleaned regularly. It must be seen to be appreciated. Price is neg. Realistic offers will be considered
