I have a mountain bike(a bit dated) and she doesn't like the ruff stuff(biking anyway ) How's the quality of 2nd hand bikes? New mountainbikes are so damn exspensive!! Thanks for the feedback guys..

Hi Guys, I'm new to the forum and have been sniffing around for some reviews of the Raleigh RC 2000 , me and the girlfriend are looking to buy road bikes and can get these new for R4500 each, it will be used for cruising with the girlfriend so no hectic racing... what other bikes should we consider in this price range?
