  1. Wear an old cycling shorts under it , I do this to overcome saddle soreness when I have been off the bike for a while. I now mostly wear 2 shorts, but must agree after being in the saddle for 80 + kilometres and you approach a lady with a white or see through it is damn hard to pass but it gives you umphh to perform.
  2. Use Traffic lights as a training tool, burst of energy when leaving them and putting your foot (cleated shoe)back into the pedal. Remember when in training you are not racing and by stopping at a traffic light will have not tarnish your PB at he finish.
  3. Nope, when the light is green and safe to do so, one shall proceed.
  4. Always best to check the members history ,and status. great to see The Hub has this facility as I have found this tool saving me heartache and loss. Still these croanies will always be lurking and waiting to pounce on the unwary.
  5. Heads up for all the info thus far guys!! I will inquire and keep you posted.
  6. Help Again! take a lot? Take 2 ? Could you give more info. My bad but I am clueless.
