Agree Cetaphil Sun 50+ , apply it 15 minutes before you ride and then again just before you leave to ride. Was referred to my by my dermatologist. Seems you can only get it from a chemist though.

Yes, I've also been cycling for many years and its only common decency to greet your fellow warrior on the road. I greet every time, even if I don't get a reply, but if you carry on greeting usually , I found, in new areas I ride, you start a new trend and that's what its all about. Common guys at the end of the day, its our sport, lets be happy and enjoy the road and the company.

Funny enough I also, a few years back had the same problem with a stolen bike , with Sanlam being the insurer. They interviewed me twice and took 7 months to settle, eventually. I will never use them again as my insurer.

Hi fellow cyclists, I have recently moved up to Pretoria- Equestria area from KZN , and i'm looking for an early morning group to start riding with, either road or mtb , although road is my personal preference.
