Quite a weighted opening post. Not to make light of a heavy situation though as im delighted to say I fully agree.
I guess my opinion although of little value, should help tip the scales in the complainants favor.
ill get some pics up tonight, but with my little knowledge. The bb used to sit inside the frame and it looked like the first pic in OP. The new one looks like the second pic, sitting "outside" of the frame.
Dont know much about these things but the guys at morningside cycles changed my internal bb to external one and I still have the same FSA crank.
Its a road bike if that makes a difference but I also thought it was strange when I picked up the bike and saw the external BB. So just for my own curiosity, a crank is restricted to work with one type of bb because of different internal mechanics?
I went to Thule at Cedar Square and the sales guy told me that the 9103 clipon rack will bend the top part of my 2010 polo's rear door. At the woodmead store a while back nobody mentioned it so Im a little concerned.
Have you guys heard of this happening or know of other cars where this happened?
