  1. I think this is for testing at home only. Out of competition tests. If you get a result at a race I think you know you will be tested. Must be the out of competition test he talks about then.
  2. Guys, I am on my way to Italy tonight for business and I wanted to buy a new frame and groupset while I am there. What is the best way to do it, take an old bike with and leave it there, or just bring teh new one back in a bag and not declare it. Has anyone done this before?
  3. Will Chunky be there too?
  4. Good Point. I just cant understand how they keep getting away with it. That report in the cyclingnews magazine make sout as if it is very easy to dope and get away with it. Perhaps our local heroes are not heroes after all. Perhaps they all just doping and getting away with it.
  5. Bruce, I am not to sure on that on... Look at the latest Pro Cycling mag. They talk about gene doping. Its already happening. Its increadible what some of these guys will do in order to win a bike race. Besides, a Biokinetikist (spelling ?????) only works wih movement and so on, I dont think they know enough about DNA testing to make a comment like that.
  6. Well, whatever happens they deserve it. It has been common knowledge what has been going on. For some odd reason the partie sconcerned keep getting away with it. Chunky and his 'friends' have obviously crossed the line. It will take a while for the sport to recover but its essential that it gets done soon. I agree with what Mallo says, the guilty parties will kreep away and leave Chunky to take the brandt on his own. Perhaps we need to concider the fact that this will only dampen the spirits of the dopers for a few months. As soo a sthe heat drops, they will be right back on to their tricks again in no time. I cant see anything changing.
  7. I must tell you, I am just hearing rumours. But they seem very true at the moment. These few guys are going to stuff it up for everyone.
  8. Chunky and his mates are in sh*t !!!!!
  9. Oh No. Seems like one of the pro riders have just been bust at his house. Found all the usual goodies on him or in his house. Sounds like it one of the orange team riders. Lets see if he squeels and gives us somethin juicy. This is probabaly going to be Carte Blanches best article yet.
  10. Drivetrain, I suppose you are right. There is never an easy way to do this. Just not to sure how objective Carte Blanche will be. They always looking for that big knockout punch?
  11. Thats right up there. Why then are they left behind in the races, they obviously have the talent to do well, but they never seem to break through. Perhaps they need to start looking at the mental aspects of cycling.
  12. BikeMax, just out of interest sake, what is the best power to weight ratio's you have seen from our local riders?
  13. ManBat, I believe everyone got interviewd yesterday by Carte Blanche. Everyone was trying to run away and hide, except for Chunky of course. I think they found him at eastgate shopping centre and did the interview there, he was there having coffee. I gave someone a call after and asked them what happened, sounds like he was very calm and relaxed. They dont seem to have much on him except for footage of him giving someone advice. They tried to set him up and get him to supply the bait but he didnt. He refered the guy onto someone else. But it seems that you are correct about some new info. i heard that they have numerous local pro riders on camera frequenting Chunky's premises. They also raided the pathology lab that they use to do all the blood tests.I believe they have info on at least one member from each of our local proffesional teams and are pusing hard to have it aired on sunday evening. Even Chunky admitted that the situation is now out of control and that he is worried that they are going to expose the riders names on the Show. That is going to be very bad for cycling.DaveS2006-09-20 03:37:38
