    Finally got back on the bike again yesterday, only to realise that my bike is in need of a good service. When I was still living in Cape Town, a friend recommended a little workshop that always gave good service and great advice, not wanting to make a quick buck by trying to convince you to buy the most expensive component on the shelf. Can anyone recommend a similar type of LBS/workshop in Centurion / Pretoria giving the same kind of service?

    So just a quick rave about Ridgeway Cycles in Greenstone who recently went out of their way to help me with a bike issue I had after another East Rand store (which shall remain unnamed) were completely and utterly useless in their half-assed efforts to "assist". Keep up the good work Rory and the Ridgeway lads!

    I have finally given up on buying a TT bike for IM and am going to go the clip on route. I have done a couple of 5 hour ride and I am just looking for some more variation in possible positions. So, can anyone recommend any? And then where can I get them in JHB? Thanks for any help.
