  3. Just checking if someone is using the new cadence sensors on MTB. The old GSC 10 versions did not like mud and water and as a result did not work well (read last long) on the MTB. I'm planning on getting a new one for the MTB but I'm concerned about durability, especially the way it's fastened to the crank arm. anyone with feedback? (don't want to spend R800 on something that's going to get lost in the bush somewhere)
  4. I would like to ride the Argus this year using Cadence Nutrion(I'm assuming they'll be at the expo; please correct me if I'm wrong)- I've heard a few good things about them, and it's always nice to support a company that's willing to debate on the Hub... I've seen they're chart of using it correctly, and would like to know a bit more. First off,I'd like to do a 3:30 Argus. I don't want to stop(do you racing guys even do that???) to refeul, so everything that I want to consume I'll have to take with me. I'm taking two 750ml water bottles. So, my question is: What gels, and bars do I need to get, when do I use them, and what do I put in my water bottles, and when do I drink? As you can tell, I've never really raced before, and this'll be my first race without stopping. Thanks in advance! Here's the chart for reference:

  10. Hi Guys I'd like to buy a "WAHOO RPM CADENCE SENSOR " it cost only 50 usd and from the review seems like working fine. I use starva on my iphone 6 when I bike so I would connect the wahoo rpm cadence to get the RPM data, seeing that I don't have any speed sensor connected would I need to buy as well the "Wahoo Fitness SC Cycling Speed & Cadence" ? or it won't be needed it ? and using the gps to get the speed would be fine enough? I'm just at the beginning and bike around 60 km at time,4 times at week Thanks
