  1. Having recently had a rotational distal tibial osteotomy, I have spent the last 6 weeks in a non weight bearing cast that is about to come off and I would like to ride again as soon as possible. Obviously heeding the doctors recommendations, I would like to start with a fairly aggressive rehab programme thereafter so I would like fellow hubbers to recommend a good physio in the Somerset West or Cape Town area who is preferably a fellow cyclist and/or who focuses on ankle rehab in particular. Thanks in advance
  2. I have recently developed an injury that I can only put down to MTBing, both the muscles/ tendons in my forearms are giving me problems near to my elbow. The injury is more painful in the right forearm, but in the same spot on the left forearm. I get a burning sensation in my right forearm, and it's even painful just lifting a coffee mug. This is really starting to get me down The injury has kept me off the bike for almost three weeks now, and does not appear to be getting much better. I was advised rest/ ice via a telephone call to the physio that did my bike set-up recently. The problem does not seem to be getting any better though, even after 3 weeks , so I would like to go see someone, problem is who? How do I now if I need to see either a Physio or Biokineticist? Which of the two is a better to see? Could anyone recommend a person to see on the West Coast(Milnerton/ Woodbridge area) or possibly in Jozi(Northcliff area) Many Thanks.
