7.84kg Carbon 29er

I normally like understated black/grey, but I think this is ugly - the relationship between frame size & shape and wheel size just looks awkward and wrong. (Even more than most 29ers?)

RIGID FORKS OWN

The reason they added it to the 29er is not because they are nts nut because they don't need suspension o it as the lower pressure tyres and larger circumference provides this

Plus it saves a lot of weight. This bikes weighs as much as a scott scale 899.

Awsome

Does it come with tie downs? The slightest breeze and that thing will just float away. Hmm... maybe also not a good idea to fart while riding. It might throw it of course.

yip  they are available in Frame, Fork (Rock Shox REBA RLT), headset.. not sure exact retail price but it is somewhere around R15,000.00. frame alone weights 1090g :)

I don't think your frame weight is correct. The unpainted frame was 1139 grams (picture from Momsenbikes.com) paint and clear coat will add at least 100 grams and in fact on the Momsen Facebook page it says around 1300 grams: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=135482446509493&set=a.132895586768179.20901.116359905088414&type=1&theater
