This would explain its absence from the shops:

 

I am sad to inform you that the publishing of TopCycle magazine has beed

temporarily suspended.

I have been trying to find a suitable financial partner in order to capitalise

on the existing momentum, and have been unsuccessful thus far.

The magazine remains on my radar.

Thank you all for the support you gave the TopCycle team last year during the

start-up phase, and I would like to think that we can call on you when the

magazine gets going again.
