Training in Mauritius

So, for two weeks in December Im going to the lovely island of Mauritius and even better is the fact that I am able to take my bike 

 

I just want to know if there are any suggested routes for being able to do good LSD miles?

I went to Mauritius quite a few years ago and from what I recall I don't think you will be able to do too many LSD miles there. The island is 65km in length and 45 km in width and you don't have that many roads to choose from.

 

Hope you don't plan on doing hill training there either

Where are you staying North or South? There are plenty routes and the cycling community are great and friendly. Look up Yannick Lincoln, he is the local champ, owns a cycling shop in Port Louis.
