yep im up for a longish ride, not sure whether ill be able keep up with u , was also thinking of joining a roadie group for some distance training

I think they start 6am from Andrag (old oak). last time they rode ou helshoogte to franschoek and back, i left them top of helshoogte and came back. if no one pitches up im good for a 5hr sld ride. ill be on the 26" scalpel (prop the only other mtbker)
