-You can now add Training Effect from Suunto - Heart Rate Monitors

- When you train twice a day - the speed graphs will now average your speed for the day

- Link with Twitter, our Facebook site and Youtube

- Some minor changes to improve navigation

HI Obree, thanks for the interest in the software. The software is currently mainly for manual data entry. We have configured it to make it very easy and fast to do a daily training log. It has an import and export option. This enables you to share training programs and logs with friends or a coach.

Please feel free to visit our site and have a look at the videos

Had a quick look at it last night - from where can you import? Only other iDurance exports? Or is there an easy way to import history of say this year from other files? Have it both in Garmin and Excel formats - but not with the nutritional (nice touch that! ) info for each ride.

Otherwise I'll just have to use the excel file and do a truckload of copy and pasting to at least get some history.

BTW, there was one field I could not figure out what it was for - and now I have to try and remember! Something like ET...? What's that for?

Does it work on iPhone?

HI Sea Bea, thank a ton for the great feedback. The import is only for other iDurance programs - we are busy working on some training programs for 94.7 and other events that you can also import. But if you have your data in excel or other files and you would like to use the software. Send it to us and we will have a look at doing an import file for you.

The field I think you refer to is TE - training effect - it is specific to Suunto training watches, If you do not have it do not sweat it.

Hi SeaBee

You could personal message me and I will give you my EMail address so you can send the actual export files of the software then I can add such an import. Just specify when you send it from which software you got the file that I can add it as title to the import function. I don't want you to customize the export file of the other software otherwise the import won't work with other people.

Thanks
