Straightening disc rotors?

Does anyone know if slightly warped disc rotors can be straightened, and if so, how?

 

I have quite a thick Magura one at the back, and I've had to put the pads really close to get a good lever motion. It's slightly squiff though, so rubs a bit. It's impossible to see by eye, so just bending it by hand or something wouldn't work.

A tip another hubber gave me and it worked . When you wife/Gf goes to cooking classes take your rotor put it on a hot plate and a nice heavy pot (will wiff water) on top of all this . Leave till well done .

I think its me that tipped DR on that one....it works, I've done it a few times.
