So my wife and I did a trail run on Sunday and the timing was done by Racetime. At registration there was a mix up with my timing card and my wife’s timing card. I did the longer distance and she the shorter one.

When the race results were published my time was listed as a DNF with her race number and she wasn’t listed at all.

So I sent them an email on Monday morning. Later that morning Justin replied saying that he corrected my time but can not find the time for my wife. I couldn’t reply to him with more details due top a problem with our e-mail, and this morning Justin phoned me to give me the feedback. We had a chat and he managed to trace the time for my wife as well.

I think this is excellent service from Racetime and Justin. There will always be human error involved in big events, what set companies like Racetime apart from the rest is how they handel these issues. Its the extra effort from Justin with the quick response to e-mails and the phone call that makes a huge difference

Great job Racetime!
