cyclenut Posted November 23, 2007 Posted November 23, 2007 The 2009 edition of the Tour de France will start in Monaco, organisers confirmed on Thursday. This year's Tour de France started in London, while the 2008 edition will get underway in Brittany. It will be the first time the race has started in the Principality. The official presentation of the 2009 race takes place on Friday, December 14. The last time the race started on the Cote d'Azur was in Nice in 1981.
