Haha. The pain in our arms will be from smashing 15 runs a day in the Alps dude. Woop Woop.

And they've installed a brand new 6 seater lift in Chatel that we'll be riding this summer. No more shonky pre WW2 lift.

LOL ..thats what u think..... :whistling: :P

Yup. I'm not allowed to swear on here but it's a BEEEEEEPING trip of a lifetime. Expect once you go you will continue going. I've priced a whistler trip and the very best i could come out to was about 60k all in for 2 weeks in whistler.

France is less than 20k so you can go 3 times. Hahaha. Plus Morzine is only one of the places you ride. And the whole setup is just perfect. It's what you expect and so much more. Very seldom in this day and age does something live up to expectation.

A mountain biking trip to the Alps does. and then some.

The GoPro will be rolling as often as possible (hopefully not rolling down the hill attached to me).

The more pics I see, the more amped I become.

I hope you are going with mates of similar ability. The trip last year was enhanced by sharing in each others stoke. there was 10 of us but we tended to ride in smaller groups of 3 or so. Trying to keep 10 guys together proved impossible. Everyone wanted to do different things and some guys were faster than others. It was so cool. we all woke up and decided individually where we were gonna ride for the day and that's how our mini groups would form.

Just stay away from that Mutzig.

Lived in Vegas for 2 years used to go up to Big Bear , snow valley - utah, most weekends to snowboard and sk8board. Wasnt mtbing much then but saw the guys hitting the runs in dry season.Thats kinda what got me into mtbing after sk8ting for years takes its toll on the body.

AAhhh but the life of snowblowers , lifts ,runs and sun is all too good

From your pics, I assume Mutzig is a beer & therefore I can make no guarantees.

Haha. Yes Mutzig is a beer. But It's much more than a beer. I really do think it's "enhanced" with LSD or some other hallucinogenic.

I had 3 at a place called Bar Robinson. I won't go in to too much detail but i had to be assisted back to the apartment. During which time i was thrown into 2 water troughs. When i went in to the 2nd one i thought that I was going to drown. Cos my arms and legs weren't working. At all.

Mental note: Must drink at least 3 Mutzig at Bar Robinson & avoid water troughs on the way home.

Thanks for the info

Careful. There's a reason last round is at 7.30pm and they sell "the Mutzig made me to it" t shirts.

The Supermarket sells these great little bite sized beers (250mm) in packs of 10 or 20. The just feel perfect in your hand after a long day on the bike. Krounenbourg is the one and I can't rem the other brand. Great little beers.

And they weren't badly priced. It was just under 6 Euro for a 10 pack which worked out more or less the same as you'd pay for a 6pack here. give or take a few ronts.
