In addition to it being SO affordable, you can also share the sessions between family members, even non sporting ones, or team members! Monday at BODYANDBIKE is known as Massage Monday, where all 60minutes sessions are R100! This is a great opportunity to help with recovery from a weekend of heavy training and/or racing.
