Converting TT Bike to Road Bike

I'm looking at converting my TT bike to a road bike. Does anybody have advice for me?? Is it a good idea and will it work? What are the pros and cons?

Yes it does work if you dont do csa licenced events as then you going to battle to get your seat back far enough. Just remember it is a huge schlepp changing between tt and drop bar setup's.
