Hello hubbers

 

I've just signed up for my first race (GR300) and would like to know which supplements (type and Brand) to use pre and post ride.

 

Also how much training should I be doing and on what terrain e.g. should I just climb as must as possible?

 

I ride in Tokai most weekends

Don't worry partner I have got some tricks up my sleave to keep the engine fueled
