Slowlady, it definitely can't be cos you're female nor that you're not athletic. I've never had anything but good service from them from when I "was" a shape, through to being in shape.

I found the cheapest online shop (local) for a Polar cadence and speed sensor.

 

e-mailed them. 2 days later they had not bothered to reply.

 

Walked into Linden, they had them in stock as cheap as I could find em online.

 

Today I took my MTB in today as my front brake was giving me grief.

 

15 minutes later. Fixed. No charge.

 

Perfect service.
