Access to Northcliff

Just to let anyone who rides up to the water tower at Northcliff that access has been severely restricted this week.

 

The three roads around the water tower have been boomed off with access on the east side at Joseph (near Bernard) totally shut. Access on the east side is only via a boom on Louie (off Rocky Drive). There is pedestrian access to the area from the west on Joseph (near Ethel), but the pedestrian gate is only opened at 06:00 apparently.

 

There were a lot of frustrated cyclists and joggers there this morning...

Far as I know it's a public space at the water tower.
