Last year in November / December I went to Cyclefactory's Birthday Bash where they had several specials including 20% down on all their clothing. I was looking for first ascent shorts and a rain jacket. They didn't have my size in stock. Ian said they would order and I would still get it at the reduced price. For various reasons they didn't get the stock before I went on holiday and when I came back they were out of stock and so on. Anyway yesterday they had the stock in. I reminded them that Ian promised me the 20% discount. They had no hassle in giving me the discount. I was really pleased. A big thanks to Cyclefactory for great service!
