PPA Thumbs-up

I have been a PPA member for many years and after riding a very good Tour de PPA with my 2 sons, decided to add them as PPA Scholar members because they now want to do more regular funrides with me. Earlier today I did this online and paid online too. I then phoned the PPA office and asked if I could have their numbers before the coming weekends Cape Cobra Cycle Challenge. I was told that I could collect the numbers from their office which is close to where I live. I went there within half an hour of doing the online bit and in less than 5 minutes both boys were seeded on their previous races and had their new numbers. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. I complain when service stink and therefore I also praise when I recieve great service over and above what is expected. Well done PPA.
