i know this is a stretch, but it would be hilarious, that since Troy is still a jnr under UCI, if the jnr world champs winning time is less than the Elite Men's winning time :P

I might have to adjust my fantasy league women's selection: I went with Tracey Hannah. The more established riders will probably outrun her this year, but it is Hannah's first year back after a few years washing dishes. 2012 is supposed to be Florian Pugin's and Pompon's year. Cant wait!

My Fantasy league is Jill Kinter. and Lisa Anderson. With some whipped cream. And oil. on a jumping castle.

The Hurricane didnt do too well, but this is probably the first time in a decade he has touched a bike, much less raced downhill on it..

29 34 Justin Havukainen 4:46.92 4:48.64 4:46.92 0.33 49.60

for those who dont know, he was Sam Hill's teammate on the Iron horse team. Apparently he has been riding select races for a while now. Nothing major, just interesting to see how two mates have diverged, given how current and recently former teammates, Troy and Fairclough, have developed. But the game has changed in teh years since the hurricane raced.
