Groupon - Only a matter of time, what do you think ?

Theres 2 deals on groupon today. 1 for a datadot to secure your bicycle and another for a voucher Pay R99 for R200 from buycycle.

 

So my thoughts are:

 

1. The datadot technology is fine to mark your bike and its many components but what stops a thief selling the bicycle to me or you ? how are we going to check these datadots. Not sure about this deal.

2. The pay R99 for R200 voucher sounds cool as long as we are not restricted to "selected goods" which I cannot see in the fine print so cool you get R100 off on any purchase. Think basically you gonna get your shipping free.
