How did your ride go? Hope you did not burn too many matches. :whistling:

 

We came in at 3:45, which was the exact goal.

One puncture for Loudmac around Glencairn and a coffee at Vida Caffe in Camps Bay.

 

What a beautiful route.

Was a good ride with a cool bunch 'o guys.

Suffered a little with dead leg cyndrome after min riding over last 3 weeks, but legs will return for the Fun Ride World Champs!

I burnt plenty matches but got a week to recover :devil: I worked up the climbs at race pace (or close to it).
