I cramped badly last weekend going up Ou Kaapse Weg in The Bay Race and since then my calf feels as if it has torn. Even walking seems to pull it and I fear I have damaged it. Anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with it so I am fit for The Argus?

You probably have done some damage and torn the muscle. The extreme muscle contraction associated with cramp can tear the muscle. Too late for ice but head to a physio and get a few sessions with them to sort you out. You should be fine by next weekend imo.
