If you did the Ou Kaapse route you will know that the Blue Route is anything but flat heading back towards Edinburgh drive and Hospital Bend is a sting in the tail of note. Your biggest issue however is the decent of Suikerbossie heading into the island at the traffic lights there as a group of 300 plus cyclists and if that has not taken a significant bunch down than 1 km further when the road narrows and goes downhill again, the little circle island will skittle whever has not been down on the tar....
