I just got a new bike and the front disc is rubbing slightly, i have done the usual lossen the calliper etc to try set it but that has not worked. I took the wheel in to have the disc checked and it is not bent anywhere, so what else could be causing it to rub and what can i do to try fix it?

remove the pads and shove in that red brake piston separator. It's meant to push the pistons back all the way in so u can fit new pads. once you've done that, insert pads, and do the caliper realignment again. If that doesnt work, the brakes might need to be serviced.

btw: how did u do the "lossen the calliper etc to try to set it"....?
