cadenceblur Posted April 3, 2012 Posted April 3, 2012 i know its been said before, i feel it's necessary to commend these guys for outstanding service...called no less than 3 bike shops in my area on Saturday to do a quick wheel true while i waited, and could not be accommodated, called them who said i should pop in then drove all the way to cwc which is way out of my way, they fixed it in no less than 10 minutes! then ordered some pedals from them yesterday only to get a call stating that my choice of pedal wasn't available - could they replace for one better at no extra cost! i mean really!to top it all ,free delivery for orders over R500, my order also arrived today! why would anybody want to go anywhere else?

I wasn't quite so lucky. I wanted an XT chain as listed on the website but wasn't in the storeroom yet ... I wasn't offered a XTR at the same price. Had to settle for SLX. Maybe I should check out the Suplest shoes in the hope of getting some Sidi Ergo 2/3's at the same price.?
