Campy record or super record??

Super Record shifters are much more refined than Record.

AFAIK the crank is also "stiffer" and uses ceramic bearings (and there is the option) to have Ti-axle.

Shifter feel is different, but Record is very good already - so I suppose it is weight vs price...

You'll probably notice the difference but its far from drastic, whether it justifies the price though? That's up to you, it's all relative I guess. Personally, I don't think so.

I have both and SR definitely shifts and rides smoother. Ceramic bearings make a huge difference.

Apparently ceramic bearings are all in the mind. :whistling: :P

So is it worth the extra 50% in price. Is it 50% better??

Dont need to pay so much for Super Record, Get a Price form CWCycles. They have on there website. He does not even order the record because his Super Record prices are so good.

I use SR and love it. Shop around for prices. I paid R12000 for my groupset without the crank as my bike comes with a crank
