What is the best all round road wheel depth wise? 60mm for aero, or 40mm for more stability and lighter weight?

Zipp 303 Firecrest - 45mm deep, still ridiculously light and fantastically aero!

 

Anyone, any weight can ride these wheels in any conditions.

I am also leaning towards a more shallow wheel, especially the new wider rims which are more stable and are nearly as aero as a deep wheel plus they are lighter for climbing
