I do a minimum of 60kms every saturday and then 80 on sundays, offroad.

 

The past two weeks i have all of a sudden just started battling. My legs feel heavy and i just cannot keep up with the group any more.

 

Last weekend my average heart rate semmed to be normal, just no power. This week my average heart rate was slightly higher combined with less power in my legs.

 

What could be wrong, and how do I fix it?

I get the same performance (powerless) issues when I am overtrained. Sufficient base training is the answer!

 

Get sporttracks and load the training load plug-in. Great way to track your stress factor!

Spot-on...wish I listened to mine...I am very moeg at the moment...and the route 42 race didn't help where I thought I was burry for the first 20km...what a tjop
