Thanks in advance Maybe if you post the components of each bike you will get more assistance. I stand to be corrected, but the Silverback is only a 8 speed (24 ). Edit: using what you save you can replace some worn drivetrain bits like chainrings and cluster Derailleurs should be fine. Maybe look at replacing the forks in time.
