Venue – Gunners Circle – Epping Industria

Host Club – City CC & Cyclelab Supercycling CC

Start – corner of Gunners Circle & Jellicoe Avenue.

Time – Racing starts at 8.30am

Distance : 50 kms (Cat 3 & 4) ; 60 kms (Cat 1 & 2)

Entry fee : R70 Cat 1,2,3 ---- R50 Cat 4 (PPA clubs /u14/ u12)

Hmmm ... I seem to remember someone on The Hub a few months ago saying that Outriders Cycling Club would kick City Cycling Clubs' butt in a team event. Come guys/gals, where are you ?? A good, hard racing series like this doesn't happen every weekend in winter. Get some club members together and be there !

yes, i'm surprised/dissapointed with some of the clubs of the WPCA who haven't had representation at these events.

The Cedar riders set the pace for the first few laps. the City rider Lukas Kruger was responsible for breaking up the bunch (49 starters) with a few attacks. at the end no Cedar rider made it into the top ten but three City riders were in the 1st four.

Great race today guys on a great circuit. Maties dominated the Elite race and broke on the first lap to finish in 1st 2nd and 3rd. The interclub race was won by all ccc members, and the juniors had a mix of ccc, cape town giants and kinetic in the top 3. Look forward to next weeks racing!
