Suntour Epicon - Dont bother buying this!

After a year of using it I wanted to service the fork. I cannot get a service kit and I have to order piece by piece from my LBS, so I have to strip it down, order the parts and wait. The LBS does not carry any stock either. I also wanted to have the remote lock out removed as it is just an annoyance and the little remote unit that sits on top of the fork uppers tends to work loose after a couple of ride, no go there either. There is no little lever thingy to replace it with. The unit is also losing air after 1 year. Quite frankly I will never buy another Suntour product again, this little POS cost me R2000 last year and now I am ready to donate to the locals to use on their Game specials as this is where it will be best suited. I expected better.

Had one on my very first dirtjumper(15 bikes back)..was not bad..not a very active shock but took the big blows..the ones you find on "xc" bikes are k@k though..
