Arlen Posted December 31, 2012 Share Witnessed a guy take a bad fall over the weekend in Tokai (Snake Eyes), firstly I hope he's ok as he looked in a bad way with what appeared to be a spinal injury (not confirmed). I ride a hard tail which I'm pushing harder and harder with each ride. Really questioning whether I should start wearing more protective gear or am I just getting 'soft'. Love riding and only want to ride faster over more challenging terrain - is it time to move DH? Was wondering if any XC riders wear full face helmets and/or neck braces for single track riding.Safety gears are crucial to ensure safety during the biking. So, if you are not riding with the proper safety equipment then don't take risk of injury. Every years many riders get the severe injury or even die due to the absence of proper equipment....
