I've got gunsmoke 203s on one of the DH bikes.

 

BLUE Hope:

Hubs

Rotors

Headset

QR lever rear

Headset spacers

Seat post clamp

Head doctor (top cap)

 

Other BLUE:

KS post colour kit

Clarks Brake lines

CB Candy / Mallet (black & blue)

Goodridge is the only way to go when using aftermarket brake hose! (and yes, they hav blue for those who are obsessed with certain colours) :lol:

Goodridge blue was out of stock. Clark's wasn't.

 

I'm very impressed with them though. They are much, much fatter than normal Avid hose. Response and modulation is better and not going to boil fluid anytime soon.

Do they not flex? Peach has Clarks on one of his bikes and he said they flex quite a bit compared to the goodridge.

 

That said... I think you should just get Hope Tech X2's with blue levers and piston caps ;)

Haven't notice any flex... only had a couple of rides with them before the wrist accident. Will see how it goes.

 

Yip. Contemplating the Tech M4's though. Where to get the blue levers though?

and at R180 a lever... pretty cheap compared to Straitlines (approx R400 each)

 

I would go for Goodridge if you can get them.

 

Yup! I'm running orange goodridge hoses on one of the bikes. Now it brakes so hard my contact lenses fly out!
