I'd love me some decent bass, but that comes with high-power amp(s) and that comes with high current drain ... so I may end up going for something a little less audacious and end up hooking up 4 6x9's to a 4 channel headunit ... although that bloody pair of 12" Calibra's are giving me the hairy eyeball every day

That means that should you not run it at full power, you will not have max current as well. Whereas the headunit will use a fair amount of power to light up the lcd, play cd's etc... But I would like to see how it turns out!

(one of my many favourite 'tunes' of the moment...)
