Hi everyone, I recently moved from WC and heard about these Mass Rides.

Is there any fees to pay, or membership I need to be part of this?

Seriously need to meet new people and get involved in the community.

Thank you.

Welcome to Cowteng. No charge. What is required normally,is a good sense of humour, a poor sense of dress, lots of patience, a desire to have a good time and to see your city as you would never normally be able to see it, and of course some kind of self powered vehicle..

My comments are based on my experience just South of the Boerewors curtain and the Jukskei River..

Definitely free for everyone, and off course, the more, the merrier! I am not too sure about the boerewors curtain, but the Jukskei runs through more or less the middle of JHB and PTA... Hence wen the bulls and the lions meet in rugby, the have the north / south of the Jukskei clash.

We have a charity that we support as well. For this ride we are collecting for a children's Christmas : Kids toys, clothing you don't use anymore and any non perishable foods would be greatly appreciated!
