Hi Santa Reynolds,

Please get the 2 x 10 cm wide cable trenches running across Rigel South filled in, they have been there for a while so we have a chance to fix them. Bikes with thin wielitjies doing around 40 km plus won't like these. No one will need red bull to go down Rigel North but hang on, 1:8 slope according to the sign post, luckily we won't be going up that side, shoo !!. Are we allowed to exceed the 60 km/h speed limit? You'll do about 75 just free wheeling.

I have it on very good authority that one reaches speeds in excess of 80km/h down that hill if there is no head wind... You have to get aero though :whistling:

Hi argie1. We had meetings with Metro this week and this particular issue was pointed out to them. They've undertaken to fix it very soon.

Anybody know if late entries are available?

EDIT: Weather wise, racing in the wet going down Rigel North at 80km/h could be fun.
