I see it's on the calendar (http://capetrinews.com/) and that they've got a website (http://www.mothercitytriathlon.co.za/), but there's no other info available.

It is nothing to do with that Robben Island race? (see also the thread a bit further down)

hey all, I got hold of some peeps and I have good news... the race has been sanctioned with WPTA (which means it will count as part of the qualifying criteria to represent WP at Nationals in 2013). They are currently trying to secure road closures etc with the Metro Police so it will probably be postponed to somewhere in October?
