wisecrack Posted January 17, 2008 Posted January 17, 2008 Uhm well maybe he gave vague directions? Also he left the scene to go to the station. Not saying the SAPS could not be quicker ,but unlike the security companies they do have alot of complaints to attend to with limit manpower.
