Voortrekker Monument

Vriende van die Monument betaal wel nie vir die fietsry- en staproetes nie (dis deel van hulle lidmaatskapvoordele), maar enige ander besoekers kan elke Sondag gedurende September, Oktober en November 2012 gratis kom stap en fietsry. Fietse is ook by die Infosentrum te huur teen R80 per uur, met 'n deposito van R200 wat na afloop van die rit terugbetaal sal word.

Hoeveel is die lidmaatskap ? Het daar gan ry van oggend heel impressed goeie been oefening paar lekker klimme , mooi uitsig van bo en lekker technical dele ook

Rode out to Monument this morning, then did the trail it was pretty good, if a little short. Some technical, some single track, about 10km in total. Could combine it with Groenkloof for a slightly longer ride...

You missed quite a bit, I get about 20km out of the trails, and mostly single track.

Ok, just checked the map they give out at the entrance. Seems there is single track next to a jeep track the whole way around. So Ja that will give your 20kms.

 

I rode a bit of both for 10km....
