Squeaking LOOK Delta Pedals/cleats

My left pedal/cleat squeaks.  It's a irritation. 

 

I do move the shoe in the (red) pedal and then it does subside for a few pedal strokes.  I have tried to lightly oil the cleats on the shoe and thus has a longer effect.  I have also tried "polishing" the soles and cleats with Mr Min.  This has the best effect so far. 

 

What can be done?

I spray my shoe cleats with "Spray and cook" about once a week.

 

No squeaks, and you smell like the local pastry shop.

buy new cleats if all fails. i also used white lightning dripped candle wax and rubbed a candle on it , nothing worked, really

It might not be the cleat.

 

I had an annoying squeak coming from my left Keo and, after messing around with the cleat with no success, eventually solved it by dripping a few small drops of mineral oil onto the axle next to the bearing.

try dropping some candle wax on the cleats.and then cleaning them.
