A heads up to bike shoppers...

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Cycle Madness. In essence, they failed to declare that the new bike I purchased had been previously repaired (confirmed by wholesaler and repair specialist shop). The bike now required additional repairs they discovered and they expected me to foot the bill. When I cancelled the deal and demanded my funds back it toook 6 weeks and a lawyers letter of demand plus threat of imminent summons to finally get refunded. The owner Andrew failed to respond to messages / sms / formal correspondence and to my mind has seriously questionable ethics.
