So browsing the classifieds i came across this ad, thought i would let the guy know that his price is unrealistic.

 

Bracing myself for the usual flaming.

 

None came...quite the opposite.

 

The guy is happy for the constructive feedback and is looking to not rip anyone off and seems rather genuine about wanting to sell the right way.

 

Nice to see this kind of thinking and attitude.

His pricing may be high in terms of normal resale value, but you should remember, that in this case, the ASG auctions are priced ridiculously low (they are the distributors after all) - if a retailer did that, they'd be making a serious loss on the item.

Hence my point about thehub possibly not being the best place to sell that particular item right now.

The asg auctions are only for orange in colour...so maybe someone makes hilton an offer cos they prefer the silver he is selling.

Big up to him on his attitude , i like people like this and will be happy to deal with him . Wish him luck on the sale . As said the asg specials have kind of killed his sale , not his fault but i think it will move in time
