IS caliper to PM fork adapter needed

I need to fit an IS brake caliper such as

 

 

to a PM fork such as this

 

 

I know these are available as I already have one fitted (means using a 180 rotor but that's not a problem)

 

 

Anyone maybe have one or know where I can get one?

Hi,

 

I've got the same problem with a very old Rox Shox Reba. Best option I could find so far without having to go to the LBS is the following:

There's quite a variety, so I guess one woud just have to scrounge around and try and find one that works. I'm planning to order one that might allow me to keep the rotor at 160mm since I'm not sure the wheel I've got can accommodate a 180mm.

I managed to get one and it allows me to use a 160 - KCNC
